I found this cool app for my DROID today....it's called "Dutch oven calculator"  Pretty cool....just select oven size....desired temp....and which method of cooking you want...ie. Simmer, Bake, Roast and Fry.....then it calculates how many coals are needed and when to add more.  I can't wait to try it out.  It was developed by google.

Kay...
I thought a droid was something from Star Wars. (Had to Google it)
I don't carry a cell phone anymore and really like it that way, but that's just me.
Although I'm not connected with the world at all times I do use this one on the internet...
