I would like to have a cook book ready for the Redwoods gathering.  To that end ... anyone who is interested please send recipes on any topic not just DO to patricia_weston@sbcglobal.net.  You will get full credit on each one.

Ahhh..what a sweetie...come see your Nanny for tickets cuz you are doing this!!
Pat, you have permission to take and print out the recipes from our YouTube broadcasts...this would include Humboldt County Fried Chicken, Fogcrawler's Pacific Seafood Chowder, CloudMaker Ranch Prime Rib, Humboldt Smokey Cheddar Waffles, Hawaiian Braided Bread, and Stuffed Bell Peppers....and more to come.  I hope a half dozen recipes will hold you for now.  We gave credit to people we originally got the recipe from on the YouTube site.  Also, Pat, you may use any of the recipes on this forum under Dutch Oven Cooking authored by Dean or myself as well.

I am sorry we were unable to make it this year with cookbooks in tow.  There was a little setback but will be on track soon.  When we have some printed I would like to send them to Joanie and she can share what is available.  From this I would hope to get some feedback for future books.
