All of the above except bikers...
Black bear and mountain lion are a possibility, but not likely.
At Redwoods Revisited a bear came into one of the rangers yard and went after her livestock.
At IRG1.0 a mountain lion was spotted about a mile away from Pamplin Grove.
Putting all your food away at night will help to keep these animals away.
You might hear coyotes and will most likey see some deer too.
In the daytime you might see some eagles, hawks, falcons and osprey, but will deffinitely see blue jays... again, don't leave food unattended if it's out.
At night you'll most likey hear owls too.
You might hear a few bikers heading East on their way up to Ruth Lake on Highwya 36 and with a little luck, we might spot Bigfoot too... I hear he's fascinated with teardrops.

Do they offer bear vaults?

found this
http://planetgreen.discovery.com/travel-outdoors/bears-picnic-basket-camping.html

the sites I see on it some say wipe down cooler with pine sol or bleach to discise the food smell.
Clean all food areas totally so the food smell will not attract.
many say hang the food.

What do you folks do.... those who camp or have camped in bear country. Which is one reason we do not have a Galley in our camper.

I have also heard loud bangs will work too. any one want to bring a Gong?? Grin

We have been to several State Parks on the coast and none had bear boxes and also never had a bear problem.  Most California bear issues are in the sierra's. We just got back from a vacation in Yellowstone. They had small bear boxes that people had to share, which wouldn't even hold a ice chest anyway.  We put everthing inside the cab of our pickup. The Rangers come thur at night making sure everything is put away to curb bear issues. (We forgot the salt and pepper shakers and the ranger was knocking on our tear and gave us the shakers). I sure you will be ok at IRG 3.0  Just use the usual precautions.  I think the bigger threat will be the racoons.

No bear lockers at Pamplin or surrounding campgrounds.
The only bear lockers I've seen around here are farther north.
