We had a demonstration of a filled donut type thing made in an iron that had half circles to cook in & turn often.  It had a Scandinavian name that I think started with the word for apple and was filled with one of several things.  I cannot find the recipe in any of my books or on line.  Judy bought one of the irons at a garage sale for $3. Can anyone help me with the recipe.  Thanks, Gordon
