There's been some talk about showers.
Here's the latest...
There are no showers at Pamplin Grove, in fact the place is very rustic;
Pit toilets, limited water supply and no electricity.
As far as showers go... Ranger Pat prefers that folks drive next door to Swimmer's Delight and use the coin opperated showers there.
Guy was working on a shower set-up for Pamplin Grove, but with all he's been through lately, I haven't been asking him what the status is on that.
Being that I'm not going be slamming a trailer together for this event, I may be able to come up with something, like a Zodi set-up or something similar.
The folks at Zodi are/ were considering coming to the event, but it will be contingent on how many people are present. Given our latest max occupancy figure of 250 people, I doubt we will be seeing anyone from Zodi...
BTW- Bathing in the river is also allowed, providing biodegradable products are used.
I'm going to take a poll to get everyones opinion...

Dean I have a cabala's shower tent that I am happy to share. maybe we can get a few sun showers to rotate in there.

The folks at Zodi told me to wait until the end of June to give them an idea of how many people were coming...
At the time when I first approached them, I told them the number might be around 500, (based on 250 teardrops) but told them it might be lower.
I've emailed them with the latest max head count of 250 people that the county is now holding us to, but haven't heard back yet...

Still no word from the folks at Zodi...
