Dean:

Neophyte DO handler here~

Can this be made with a 10" DO?

If so what is the 17.5 oz. sugar cookie mix ? = a cake mix or a tube cut off
mix? Where do I find this or what is its brand name and box or packaging type?

can the  > 1/4 cup egg substitute be done with eggs and by what count 1 or 2 eggs?

Thank you for your help or suggestions Dean as I only have a 10" DO at this time ....

Steve,
The 1/4 cup of egg substitute is the equalivalent of one egg.
The cookie mix is bagged, but the tube type could probably be used as well.
I haven't tried this recipe in a 10"... would probably hold back part of the cookie mix if I was to try a 10"er.
