:twistedevil: Better get out my stretchy pants as this afternoon we are heading out to our local (Fortuna) DOS potluck.  The cooking theme is Mexican and I'm eating it, but will be bringing dessert.   Three HUGE lattice apple pies, and butter pound cake with strawberry topping.   These items were made not in a CI oven, but a CO (Costco) one.
Such a busy week for me and Dean has a half day workshop to do that we are going to kick back, bring something premade, and let the others cook with charcoal today.  Things have been picking up considerably lately and life does tend to fly by.  Hope your belly gets a bite of something it likes today as well.  Starting to rain, good thing we're going to be under cover.

That was awesome...
After stretching my noodle in sheet metal class all morning, the kids and I took a drive down to Fortuna to meet up with our local DO group, as there was a Mexican DOG in session.
Had some great dishes, got to mingle again with good friends, came home and took a long nap.
