I picked up the dash plaques the other day, all registered trailers (full size real ones) will receive one and all derby entrants sent from other forum members will receive one regardless of how they finish in the derby.  I need to make up some quickie trophy plaques for the Derby.  They will be lacquered mahogany with a dash plaque attached and, sorry everyone, probably the category for the trophy written in a Sharpie....Hey...it was going to just be bragging rights.  Just remember, it's the thought that counts! :lol:   Doug

Thanks for all of your efforts Doug. Can't wait to actually try out the racers, they've been sitting on the desk by the computer for a long time and are anxious to finally race!

I think that the races are going to be a lot of fun for all of us. (even the non-racers)  I'm betting the guys are going to be talk'n smack before the main event.

Joanne....yes...helmets are required at all Nascar events for pit crews and we are following their rules.  You need to find a catch can person...you know...the person that picks up the beer cans after the event! :lol:  

Bedazzler huh Shelly?  Now you got me thinking... I need a team shirt, think I'll pass on the bedazzler however....gotta think up something.  Doug

I've got a Team Barbie shirt made....the tear isn't really tear shaped....but does have a certain roundness to the front  of it.  Doug

I'm gonna make the block of wood, which the rules say isn't allowed, work and pass inspection... A few key swipes of a blade will dispell the block of wood rule.
It will be built while at Pamplin, should be very competitive too. :twistedevil:
