1. Flashlight
2. Camp Chair
3. Water Jug
4. Something For The Raffle
5. Dutch Oven For Saturday's Potluck.
(Tagging it would be a good idea, we had a few lids get mixed up last time)

Now have large heavy cooking type utensil....will it ever get used.....it is possible but is it probable???
I bought it but I'm not sure what I'll do with it!
Seems most of the directions require over 30 minutes cooking time, generally if it takes more than ten minutes to cook I ain't likely to have time to eat.  Looks like the diet might be a startin'!!!

Rich,
It's not required that yaa bring something for the raffle, just encouraged if you want to... Like something you don't want or need that somebody else could use.
Same goes for the dutch oven... Gage just shows up with a fork.
Don't worry about not knowing how to use it. If it isn't seasoned yet, (Black) wipe that baby down lightly with Crisco and toss it in the oven at about 450F for an hour or so before you guys head out. I will personally show you how to cook food in it. I'll be helping Joanne and Kelly out a little bit with the dutch oven classes. You gotta lotta highway to cover just to get here, so if the added weight of your new cast iron is a concern, let me know...
I got an extra oven you can use... That's if yaa wanna give it a go, of course.

I can probably come up with something....

That was my first choice.

Seasoning isn't a problem, I have several cast iron skillets and griddles that I use all the time.

Might have to be there for that!

Weight's not a problem, I'm not a small vehicle kinda guy so it's unlikely the tow won't be able to handle a few extra pounds. Hopefully the 12" Lodge DO's that Wally World sells are worth the 50 bucks I gave for it.

That's if yaa wanna give it a go, of course.

I'll probably see what I can do with it.

50 bucks for a Lodge 12CO isn't bad.
I stopped by our closest Wally World last time I was up that way a few months back and they wanted 84 bucks for that same exact oven.

Ouch!!! It was the only one they had an I figured if I decided to get one later they wouldn't have any so I grabbed it. Glad I did.
